Milling and
Carpentry
Piccadilly Farms is a log storage yard, air drying facility, milling area, and arborist drop-off point — keeping valuable timber out of the chipper and into good hands. We also split and dry sawmill offcuts into kindling bags, available throughout winter at the roadside stall.
In Collaboration
Piccadilly Farms
& Nirvana Timber Co
Piccadilly Farms has collaborated with Heath and Paul from Nirvana Timber Co to bring you masterfully crafted timber pieces made from local fallen timber. They are passionate about working with local timber and truly love what they do.
Piccadilly Farms is utilised as their log storage yard, air drying facility, milling area, and arborist drop-off point — receiving timber from a select number of quality arborists who understand which species are worth preserving: Cyprus Pine, Red Gum, Ironbark, and Spotted Gum.
Paul manages the mill yard, handles all milling on-site, and oversees air drying. Heath manages the kiln and the workshop — turning dried timber into heirloom-quality pieces: furniture, staircases, joinery, and more. Every grain carries the story of where it came from.
If you're an arborist who knows the value of what you're cutting, or a home owner with a project in mind, get in touch with the team.
Nothing goes to waste. Mill yard by-products — sawdust and shavings — are fed to our worm colonies and used as mulch across our fruit and vegetable crops, improving soil organic matter and reducing chemical inputs on the farm. Offcuts are repurposed into kindling bags for our roadside stall.
