Our Philosophy
We don't extract from the earth.
We regenerate it.
We believe in circular farming—working with nature, not against it. By combining science with the lessons nature provides, we grow healthy, nutrient-dense plants while continually improving the land around us.
For five generations, our family has poured its heart into the soils of the Piccadilly Valley. We are committed to leaving this land healthier, more resilient, and more productive for the generations that follow.
Our farm exists to nourish and support our community, and contribute to a more sustainable future. A core part of that mission is minimising food waste—diverting organic waste from landfill and turning it into living soil through composting and vermiculture. With each season, we observe, learn, and refine our practices—reducing waste, minimising environmental impact, and building a regenerative farming system that gives back more than it takes.

What We Stand For
Reducing organics in landfill
Diverting food and garden waste from landfill and turning it into living, nutrient-rich soil.
Growing living soil
Building biology-rich soils that grow healthier plants and more nutritious food, season after season.
Utilising locally sourced products
Keeping materials local — from arborist timber to farm inputs — to support the local economy and cut food miles.
Supporting local councils & community composting
Partnering with councils to make composting and community gardening accessible to more households.

Grow & Gather
Fresh figs available April and May
Straight from the orchard to your table. Our fig trees produce abundantly during autumn, offering sweet, delicious fruit at its peak ripeness. Limited seasonal availability makes each harvest special.
The Rest
A sanctuary on the land

Wake to birdsong. Walk the paddocks at dawn. Return to handmade comfort and wood-fired warmth. This is not a hotel — it's a living, breathing piece of the land.
